  • "Dan is great, he was on time, professional, and very skilled & knowledgeable. He was able to come at the last minute to save our hot tub over the holiday weekend. We would have been so disappointed in our rental if it didn’t have a clean, functional, hot tub. I know he showed up, and did his job and all that, but he was so thorough and so enjoyable. His service and attitude really stood out to me. He was a pleasure, paying the invoice was easy - he even gave us his direct cell just in case we had another problem with our tub while the rental office was closed. 10 out if 10.   • "Dan cares about the quality of his work. He doesn't just throw in chemicals and call it a day (like EVERYONE else). He figures out what the hot tub needs, then adds or doesn't add, as needed. For the first time (ever?) when I get out of the hot tub I don't itch and my swimsuit doesn't get bleached. After service the hot is reset to the correct temp (even though our thermometer is off vs the actual temp). He is conscientious which is so unique among trades!"
